Children’s portraits
A child portrait is the best way to preserve the memory of the careless and happy time of your beloved child! This art movement is one of the most interesting. The children’s world is beautiful and unique. The most important task for the Artist is to characterize the child, considering his or her individualities. I make Children’s Portraits in all techniques (oils, watercolor, pastel, charcoal, and pencil portrait on canvas).

The Nature invigorates and inspires us. The landscape reflects our feelings and thoughts, reminds us of childhood places and wonderful travels or represents our favorite places. The important role of the visual arts
Svetlana Ruoho focuses on life and aims for harmony as a whole. The paintings are storytelling and multi-layered, they can be viewed for a long time and new things can always be found in them. He mostly paints portraits, facial studies and natural subjects with oil, watercolors or charcoal.
My artistic work process
“I’ll start working with a big oil painting or portrait based on material collected from nature (small watercolors, drawings, sketches, photos). I’ll arrange all the ethylene on the floor and easel; I am happy with the result.If necessary, I draw a board-sized pre-drawing in charcoal or pastel. This work process makes it possible to avoid disappointment in the middle of the work, when the fabric has already been painted and a lot of time has been spent on it.
The succession of stages also makes it possible to draw attention to technology and the technological side of the work, to greater freedom and to freshness of expression. ”
